• Megayachts and Super Yachts  In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of entrepreneurs and HNW individuals looking to purchase luxury yachts. Megayachts are typically 75 meters and more. Superyachts are typically 25 to 75 meters.  Our bank group provides financing to accommodate both categories in a broad set of circumstances.

• Construction Loans  For select clients, we arrange both US dollar and synthetic foreign currency construction loans. This is a critical tool for entrepreneurs who do not want to take valuable cash out of their growing companies.  Typical creditor structures will include a personal guarantee.
