  • Multi-Family Properties   Many entrepreneurs and HNW invest in multi-family properties both as a means of storing value and of generating monthly cash flow. Our bank group has a number of banks that are best-in-class lenders in the multi-family space.  

  • House "Flipping"   It is not surprising that many entrepreneurs and HNW individuals have premium access to great real estate deals, many in the residential real estate arena. Our bank group has banks that will set up lines of credit for select customers to enable them to remain opportunistic around purchases and repairs.

  • Credit Tenant Leases.  Some clients are fortunate to get high-quality tenants, which enables them to use the cash flow from the lease payments as collateral for a loan. We work with several capital providers that will structure these arrangements for select clients and tenants.
