Fine Art Loans:

  • Fine Art Finance. Fine Art loans may be structured against either single pieces or against portfolios of works. All loans require the personal guarantee of a well-capitalized borrower. We work with our network of capital providers to ensure clients are receiving best-in-class solutions for their borrowing needs.

  • Lines of Credit or Term Loans.  Fine Art loans may be structured as either as lines of credit or as term loans. Lines of credit are typically up to two years in maturity. Term loans may go out as far as 4-5 years in maturity depending on the strength of the collection and the credit profile of the guarantor.  All loans require two appraisals from a major auction house to determine lendable value.
