• Fine Art Finance  Fine Art loans may be structured against either single pieces or against portfolios of works. All loans require the personal guarantee of a well-capitalized borrower. • Lines of Credit or Term Loans  Fine Art loans may be structured as either lines of credit or as term loans. Lines of credit are typically up to two years in maturity. Term loans may go out as far as 4-5 years in maturity, depending on the strength of the collection and the credit profile of the guarantor.  All loans require two appraisals from a major auction house to determine the lendable value. ​​
